State Troopers say they now believe that the 18-year-old driver involved in a deadly crash in Pueblo Monday was drunk.

State troopers say that Cameron Montoya, 18, was killed when he failed to negotiate a turn along Wildhorse Road early Monday morning.

They say he was traveling at around 100 miles an hour, and add they believe he was drunk in a stolen vehicle.

A weapon was also found.

Meantime, grief counselors were available Tuesday at Central High School in Pueblo where Chantel Ortiz, 16, went to school.

She was also killed in the crash.

Three others were injured.

We'll have much more on the investigation later today.
