Standing room only at Colorado Springs City Council

There is a lot of interest in items on the agenda for Colorado Springs City Council. Some of the items being addressed are concerns over the new council district map, new fire codes, and the proposed no panhandling ordinance for downtown Colorado Springs.
Every seat is taken and people are lining the walls of council chambers.
