TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) - A 20-year-old Arizona State University student from Colorado has died after falling from the balcony of her fifth-floor apartment.

Tempe police say there is no sign of foul play in Friday night's death of Clare Elizabeth Morris of Colorado Springs. Spokesman Sgt. Steven Carbajal tells the Arizona Republic that alcohol impairment may have been a factor.

Morris was majoring in justice studies. Her parents are Robert and Angela Morris of Colorado Springs. Robert Morris is an ASU graduate and his daughter had been awarded a legacy scholarship from the university's alumni association.
