Spirit Airlines, which flies out of Denver, is rewarding customers for their input. The carrier has created a website where people can express their frustrations over Spirit or any other airline.
It's an attempt to educate fliers on what they can expect from the carrier. Spirit is giving 8,000 miles for customer feedback. The only catch is that you have to create a "Free Spirit" account to comment.
