Special events at Cheyenne Mountain Zoo

Take a good look at the photo of the lion cub. See the right paw hugging Papa? Can I get a collective, "Awww!"

Now that the hit-and-run snow storm is outta here and blue skies have returned--there's still time to take your kids to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo for Spring Break.

Feed the giraffes, ride the carousel and look the the adorable zoo babies. Here's a list of special happenings for this week:

African Rift Valley:
