Now that the hit-and-run snow storm is outta here and blue skies have returned--there's still time to take your kids to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo for Spring Break.

Feed the giraffes, ride the carousel and look the the adorable zoo babies. Here's a list of special happenings for this week:

African Rift Valley:
10:00a - Meerkat feeding and keeper talk (@ meerkats) *
1:00p - Bird feeding and keeper talk (@ giraffe plaza/bird yard) *
2:00p - Animal Ambassador meet and greet (either in or just outside of giraffe building)

Rocky Mountain Wild:
