South senior becomes first two-time "Athlete of the Week" winner

For the first time in the three-year history of the "Loaf ‘N Jug High School Athlete of the Week" we have a repeat winner. Congratulations to Pueblo South senior Amanda Garcia. Last April she was chosen as Athlete of the Week based on her soccer skills.
And while soccer may be her main game she's also pretty good on the hard-court. Amanda averages 18 points a game for the South girls' basketball team which is good enough to lead the South-Central League in scoring. And that's why Amanda Garcia is the first two-time winner of the "Loaf ‘N Jug High School Athlete of the Week."
