Small fire forced the evacuation of a Colorado Springs hotel

A small fire forced the evacuation of the Days Inn Hotel on Razorback last night.

Firefighters received a call around 9:30 p.m. After a search, they found a small fire between the walls of two rooms that sprinklers had already extinguished.

Crews worked to evacuate the hotel, which was full.

Sprinkler and fire damaged two rooms, and displacing two families.

Nobody was hurt during the incident.

An investigation is underway to find out what caused the fire.
