Small fire burns in Custer County

A small wildfire is burning in Custer County. It started on a ridge after a lightning strike, probably yesterday. The smoke is visible from Pueblo.
The U.S. Forest Service has personnel there fighting the fire, though it currently covers only ten acres. The fire is burning southwest of Wetmore on a ridge.
