Small Aircraft Crash at Meadow Lake Airport

El Paso County Sheriffs Office has confirmed that a small aircraft has crashed or made a hard landing at Meadow Lake Airport in Peyton. The two people who were on board were injured and taken to a local hospital. The aircraft was reported to have flipped over onto its top. There are no other details released yet by airport or El Paso County Sheriffs spokespersons.
This is the second crash in the last two days and third within a month at the Meadow Lake Airport. We have a crew on the way.
