SANTA MONICA, Calif. (AP) - The guy who threatened to shoot Sheryl Crow has to stay away from her for three years. A judge granted Crow and movie producer Harvey Weinstein a three-year restraining order against 45-year-old Philip Gordon Sparks. Sparks agreed to keep 300 yards away and make no attempt to contact either of them. During an hour-long hearing, Sparks accused them of stealing $7.5 million from him, videotaping and following him without permission and leaving him homeless. A forensic psychiatrist who interviewed Sparks recently called him "imminently dangerous" and said his psychosis is directed at Crow.
