Silver Key has room for more riders

Silver Key Senior Services has room to spare. The Colorado Springs senior agency has the capacity to provide up to 5,200 rides a month, but many seniors don't take advantage of the service. Silver Key is currently averaging 4,500 rides per month.
Silver Key's average trip is 12 miles. A 12 mile taxi drive would cost around $30. Donations are accepted, but the rides are free.

Any senior in Colorado Springs city limits can receive a round-trip, travel experience to the destination of their choice; however, reservations must be made at least three days in advance. Riders must be 60 years old or older. Assistance with wheelchairs and mobility aids is available on a daily basis.
