Shooting victim had recently moved in with his brother

The 34-year-old man from Howard who was shot and killed during a fight with his younger brother early Sunday morning had recently moved into the home.
Deputies with the Fremont County Sheriff's Office arrested Joshua McBride, 32, on a charge of Second Degree Murder in connection with the death of his older brother Daniel at a home at 0076 Holiday Hills Drive.
The brothers were fighting when Joshua's girlfriend apparently tried to break them apart. Daniel was shot once in the abdomen with a 12 gauge shotgun.
Joshua was taken to St. Thomas Moore Hospital with an injured shoulder before being booked at the Fremont County Jail on $30,000 bond. His girlfriend received minor injuries during the struggle.
Sheriff's Office spokesman Cpt. Don Pinover says Daniel had moved in with his brother and girlfriend in past year.
