Sexually violent predator to live in Pueblo

A man with sexually violent predator status is to be released from the Department of Corrections to live in the Pueblo area.
Emmanuel Bitsuie, age 24, is being released today from the Colorado Department of Corrections with the condition that he undergo 2 years of Intensive Supervised Parole. This is Bitsuie's second release from DOC within the past 2 years. Bitsiue will be listed as 'homeless' however his Parole Officer will know his whereabouts via a GPS monitoring system.
Pueblo currently has 4 sexually violent predators - Gary Donato, Jefferson Benfield, Paul Ryan and William Roldan.
