Sexually violent predator back in custody

Colorado Springs police have taken into custody Sexually Violent Predator Kevin Logan Alter for violating the terms and conditions of his probation.
Alter was taken into custody April 18th. The SVP Community Notification of Alter's release was conducted on March 14, 2012.
