Sexual assault suspect commits suicide

Colorado Springs police say a sexual assault suspect shot himself outside the Police Operations Center Tuesday evening.
Police arrested Raymond Turner, 53, on four counts of sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust January 19th. The alleged victims were all under the age of nine. He bonded out of jail and was set to appear in court Wednesday to be advised of the charges against him. The investigation into the alleged assaults started in September of 2011.
