A sex offender living in an on-campus apartment at Colorado State University has been ordered to leave.

Twenty-one-year-old Thomas "TJ" Skillman has to leave the apartment by the end of the week. He's been living with his girlfriend and their child in the CSU-owned University Village apartments. Skillman is not a university student, but his girlfriend is.

Skillman is a former public school paraprofessional. He pleaded guilty last month to felony luring of a child involving a 13-year-old student at Preston Middle School.

Skillman's sentencing has been set for March 12.

The university issued an "exclusionary order," banning Skillman from all university housing where children reside and all university child-care facilities.
