Sex assault suspect caught in the act

A Colorado Springs man is in jail accused of sexually assaulting a 7-year old girl in his neighborhood. The police say Robert Koenig, 52, was seen assaulting the child on Thursday by two case workers with the Department of Human Services.
It happened at a home in the 700 block of East Rio Grande. Detectives from the Colorado Springs Police Department Crimes Against Children unit took Koenig into custody Friday evening.
He's being held at the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center on $25,000 bond.
