Seven killed in Dutch mall shooting, including shooter

ALPHEN AAN DEN RIJN, Netherlands (AP) - One of the people shot today at a shopping mall in the Netherlands has died, bringing the number of dead to seven, including the gunman. Fifteen others were wounded. Officials and witnesses say the gunman opened fire with a machine gun at a crowded mall outside Amsterdam, apparently shooting at random, before killing himself.
