Serious incident between patients at Colorado Mental Health Institute

The Colorado Mental Health Institute reports an incident between two patients at one of the wards at the Pueblo campus.
Early indications are that a male patient attacked a female patient around 6 a.m. The female suffered serious injuries.
Names of those involved have not yet been released. We expect more information on this incident to be released soon.
