Senate to vote on FAA bill

WASHINGTON (AP) - The flap over the Federal Aviation Administration that lead to a two-week partial shutdown is expected to end today with a Senate vote approving a House bill. It would extend the FAA's operating authority into next month. The bill includes cuts in air service subsidies to some rural areas, but those could be set aside later.
