Sen. Mark Udall has joined the Senate's Select Committee on Intelligence, which oversees the agencies that provide information affecting the vital interests of our nation.

Udall said, "I'm honored to add a fourth committee to my duties in the U.S. Senate. The Intelligence Committee is critical to our nation's security; and along with my work on the Armed Services Committee it will help me as I fight for the men and women in uniform who are stationed at Colorado bases, and those who serve around the world."

With the addition of the Intelligence Committee, he now serves on four committees: Armed Services, Energy and Natural Resources, and the Special Committee on Aging.
