In the midst of campaigning for re-election, Senator Michael Bennet returned to Colorado Springs on Sunday.

The senator met with nearly a dozen people at Poor Richard's Bookstore to gain input and discuss ideas on how to reform Washington's current state, including: reducing the federal deficit, health care, and creating more jobs for Americans.

The group also discussed a new set of legislative reforms that Senator Bennet unveiled last week, which can be found here.

He also directed people to an area of his website where people can write to him, and he can respond directly. You can voice your opinion here.

There are several other candidates currently campaigning for election, including Republican Jane Norton and Democrat Andrew Romanoff.
