Second person arrested in connection with strangling death of former Colorado Springs woman

A second arrest has been made in connection with the strangling death of a former Colorado Springs woman.
Kendrick Lebontra Haper of Gulfport is charged as accessory. He's being held in a Mississippi jail.
Pamela Santiago was strangled in her Mississippi Gulf Coast home; her body was dumped in the woods.
Her son, Allen Abeyta, is accused of her murder, police believe Lebontra Harper helped hide her body.
