ASPEN, Colo. (AP) - Aspen police believe a body found under a bridge might be that of a Snowmass Village man last seen Nov. 27.

The Aspen Daily News reports that police believe a body found under Maroon Creek Bridge Monday might be 28-year-old George Aldrich, a Snowmass ski area lift operator last seen on an area bus.

Police hadn't released a positive identification or cause of death Monday night. The Aspen Police Department requested help from the Colorado Bureau of Investigation.

Aldrich moved to Snowmass Village this fall from Rhode Island. His family members have been in Colorado to help look for him. Several agencies and volunteers joined the search for Aldrich.
