Truffle Dressing
12 OZ White Truffle Oil
12 oz 80/20 Blend Oil
8 oz Honey
4 oz Dijon Mustard
8oz Champaign Vinegar
1wt oz Black Truffle Powder
40ea Red Grapes
PROCEDURE
Place Honey, Dijon, vinegar, truffle powder and grapes in medium size sauce pan and pulse with a hand blender till incorporated. Slowly add in all of the oil.
