6 U10 OR U12 DRY PACK SCALLOPS
5 FRESH STRAWBERRIES (MEDIUM DICE)
1 KIWI (MEDIUM DICE)
1TBS CHIVES (SMALL CUT)
1TBS CHOPPED CILANTRO
1/4C YELLOW PEPPER (SMALL DICE)
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
PROCEDURE
STEM THE STRAWBERRIES AND PEEL THE KIWI. CUT ALL INGREDIENTS AND MIX IN A BOWL. SEASON BOTH THE SCALLOPS AND THE SALSA WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
COOK THE SCALLOPS DONENESS. SERVE WITH THE FRUIT
