Grilled Salmon Sandwich
4 4oz Salmon Filets
4 Ciabatta Rolls (your favorite bun)
½ Prepared Wasabi
Salt & Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
1 Daikon Radish Sprouts
In a small bowl mix the blackberries, wasabi and mayonnaise together till well incorporated.
Place Salmon on a cutting board skin side down. Season with salt and pepper; place on preheated grill skin side up cook till desired doneness.
Heat the roll: put some aioli on the bottom and place the salmon on the aioli and garnish with the sprouts, avocado and cucumber.
