Yields .5 Gallon
CAESAR DRESSING
6oz EASY EGGS
8 EA GARLIC CLOVES
16 EA ANCHOVIE FILLET
1/2 tsp BLACK PEPPER
6 DASH TABASCO
4OZ LEA & PERRINS
4 oz JUICE OF LEMON
1 c GRATED PARMESIAN
4 oz RED WINE VINAGER
4 oz DIJON MUSTARD
6 C BLENDED OLIVE OIL
Water to thin to desired thickness
PROCEDURE
In food processors combine, eggs, anchovies, garlic, Dijon, salt, pepper vinegar, cheese, tabasco, worcestershire and lemon juice.
Mix until combined
Slowly emulsify oil
Taste
