Savage Kitchen - Cliff House Avocado Crab Salad

Avocado Crab Salad
Serves 8

1lb Crab Meat (your choice)
2ea Avocados (1 sliced 1 diced)
1/8c diced watermelon
1/8c Diced Cantaloupe
1/4c Sweet Chili
1/2c Mayonnaise
Salt and Pepper

2ea Beefsteak Tomatoes (sliced)
2oz Agave Nectar

 

Mix crab, diced avocado, melons, sweet chili and mayonnaise together in a bowl. Season crab mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over the tomato slices and garnish with Agave Nectar
