Brie En Croute
1 ea Puff Pastry
2 ea Fuji Apple (peeled, cored and small diced)
3 1.5 oz Portions Brie
1 Large Egg (Beat egg with 1tbs water)
1tbs Butter
¼c Brown Sugar
1ts Ground Cinnamon
In medium sauté pan place butter, apples, brown sugar and butter: cook on low heat for about 5 minutes or until apples are tender. Set aside to cool.
Cut six 5in circles out of the puff pastry. Place Brie on three of the pastries Place 1/3 of apples on top of Brie with a pastry brush put egg wash around the rim and place the rest of the pastry on top and crimp the edge with a fork. Brush the top of each with egg wash and cook in a 350-degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes
