Santorum is still holding his lead in early Colorado caucus results. Right now, 16 percent of precincts are reporting.
Santorum holds the lead with 48 percent and 658 votes. Mitt Romney is now in second place with 310 votes (22 percent), followed by Newt Gingrich with 239 votes (17 percent) and Ron Paul with 170 votes (12 percent).
Rick Perry, who has suspended his campaign, has received two votes from caucus-goers in Colorado.
