Thousands of rubber ducks made their way down the river!

It's the fourth annual Duck Stampede at the Riverwalk in Pueblo.

Everyone has a chance to adopt a duck for five dollars, then they're dumped in the river, and the owner of the first duck to the finish line wins!

It's made possibly by the local Rotary, and the money buys dictionaries for children in Pueblo.

"The Rotary 43 Club is amazing," said Ken White III, Co-Chairman of the Duck Stampede. "It does a lot in the community, but that's our big service project."

The top prize of $5,000 went to Richard Follmax, and our own Jennifer Horbelt was the event's emcee.
