Maybe winning the lottery is rocket science after all. A group dominated by Ball Aerospace workers will share a $1 million prize from last weekend's Powerball drawing.

The Colorado Lottery said Thursday that 10 people, including nine aerospace workers, bought the winning ticket. The 10th person is the son of one of the workers.

Each got nearly $79,000 after taxes.

Jeff Davis, a Ball aerospace technician, bought the winning ticket for the group at the Country Corner Store in Hygiene west of Longmont, not far from his home.

Davis says each member of the group pitches in $4 for tickets every time the overall jackpot hits $90 million.
