Two lanes of northbound I-25 are now open at Cimarron after a malfunctioned semi-truck carrying crushed rock lost its full load, closing the entire interstate. Northbound lanes are still severely backed up through the Motor City curve.

The on-ramp from Cimarron onto I-25 has been closed. CDOT is sending snowplows to clear the large gravel. Northbound motorists should look for alternate routes, detours beginning at S. Nevada. Drivers may re-enter northbound I-25 at Bijou.
