Roadway repairs snarl traffic on NB I-25

Colorado Department of Transportation crews and Colorado Spring Police are on scene of a traffic hazard needing repairs on Northbound I-25 in the right lane just north of the pedestrian bridge. CDOT crew are working to quickly repair an expansion joint on the roadway that became a serious traffic hazard. The repairs could take at least an hour.
Traffic is tied up between Cimarron and Uintah and drivers are asked to safely merge left or avoid the area all together.
