Roads slick, caution advised

Roads are slick around Southern Colorado, with a light coating of snow and a blanket of fog complicating matters.

The State Patrol has declared cold reporting status in the Colorado Springs area as has the Colorado Springs Police Department.  That means those in minor accidents only have to exchange information with the other driver and report the accident within three days at the proper agency.

Accidents have been reported all over the region.
