Roads in Black Forest are rain-soaked, but high water that forced the closure of Shoup Road has drained.
Silt and debris covered the pavement in some places.
Darrell Baldry lives nearby and said it looked as if a river of water was running through his neighbor's property.
"We're just starting to see the after affects of the fire, because the fire from our house it started a block just to the east of us, yeah, so the burn area it's starting to show now what's going to happen," said Baldry.
The road was closed for just about an hour when road crews came to clear away the debris.
