Many who live near North Elizabeth in Pueblo say they're tired of the road condition!
The road completely turns to gravel at one point and they say it washes out and is harder to drive on.
We spoke with Earl Wilkinson who's the Director of Public Works with the city.
He says the road was meant to be temporary for a second expansion that would begin after businesses like Kohl's.
Wilkinson adds it was no one's fault, but in 2007 when the economy dropped, that expansion never happened.
That road was never built to sustain a lot of traffic, so it failed often leading the city to break it up into what it is now.
For those wondering what's next, Wilkinson says they will be presenting some more temporary fixes to the City Council.
It could be something like pouring some asphalt, but it will not be completely fixed in the near future unless the second expansion begins.
