A warning for people riding on all terrain vehicles this summer.
The federal government reports the months of July and August are on average the worst months for ATV related deaths.
According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, there were more than 100,000 ATV related injuries in 2011, and almost 30% involved children.
Drivers and riders are encouraged to wear helmets, get training from a qualified instructor, and stay off paved roads where most fatal accidents happen.
