Red hot 4th of July

A few isolated weak thunderstorms over the higher elevations this evening then clearing skies. The 4th of July holiday will be hot and dry most areas. Best chance of thunderstorms will be across the mountains. Temperatures will run hotter than normal through at least Monday of next week. Dry most areas Friday then a better chance of pm thunderstorms along the I-25 corridor from Saturday into the middle of next week.
