Record heat today with more on the way. A weather disturbance will push across the state tomorrow and produce gusty southwest wind. That dry downslope wind will create another round of record high temperatures and very high fire danger. A weak cool front moves in Wednesday morning with temperatures only 5 to 7 degrees cooler. Most areas will stay dry over the next several days, only a 10% chance of a stray pm thunderstorm by the weekend.
