Ray Marshall warrant shows theft, fraud and money laundering

The arrest warrant for Ray Marshall gives more details into his arrest. Marshall was one of the lead developers helping build the new United States Olympic Committee headquarters. The ties have been severed, but Marshall was just arrested for stealing more than a million dollars of money donated for the U.S.O.C. project.
It is money that was donated by the El Pomar Foundation. The arrest warrant for Marshall is a dozen pages long. It contains details accusing him of illegally laundering and diverting money for his own projects. It says he did it through theft, bank fraud and a pattern of racketeering.
