Rare rat has scientists excited

Most people scream when they see rats, however, there is one rat, the Rice Rat that is cuter and safer than other rats.
The Rice Rat is only found on Sanibel Island in Florida. Wildlife Biologists says for the first time in three years, the rare Sanibel Rice Rat is turning up; twice in the first two days spent trying to trap the animal. They say it's because prescribed burns in the area spur population growth.
