FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) - Greg Smith snagged a double-double, scoring 19 points and pulling down 10 rebounds, to boost Colorado State over TCU 69-55 on Wednesday night.
The Rams (18-7, 8-3 Mountain West) led most of the game and were ahead as many as 14 points early in the second half on the way to their third straight win.
Andy Ogide led the Rams in scoring with 20 points while Travis Franklin added 10. Pierce Hornung came off the bench to grab a game-high 13 rebounds for Colorado State.
Nikola Cerina and J.R. Cadot scored 12 points apiece for the Horned Frogs (10-17, 1-11) as Hank Thorns added 11 and Garlon Green 10.
Colorado State dominated on rebounds, taking a 46-28 advantage.
