Pueblo's famous slopper gets national attention

Here's what I'm working on today: Over the next few days the Travel Channel will be filming an episode of Food Wars in Pueblo. The show will focus on Pueblo's famous slopper. For those of you not from around here, that's a hamburger smothered in green chile. The show pits a kitchen rivalry between Gray's Coor Tavern and the Sunset Inn--asking 'Who makes the best slopper?'
We'll talk more about that later this week, but today I'm going to do a story on how Pueblo will benefit from this national exposure. I'm off to shot my interviews and video. More to come.
