Five people chain themselves to dog houses in front of the courthouse in Pueblo for eight hours.

No you weren't seeing things if you drove past there Monday.

It's part of a nationwide Chain Off for the organization "Dogs Deserve Better".

What started from one person in 2004 has turned into hundreds today in the U.S. and countries around the world.

They want to bring awareness to dogs who live most of their lives chained up or in a pen.
