A life sentence for a Pueblo man convicted of murder.
Acacia Lyndarr was found guilty in February of second degree murder in the killing of Robert Piserchio.
You may remember Piserchio died in his home in Stonemoor Hills in December of 2009.
Police say at least four people, including Lyndarr, went to his home to rob him and ended up beating him, binding his hands and feet with duct tape, and setting him on fire.
Again, Lyndarr was sentenced to life in prison without possibility of parole.
The Department of Corrections says Lyndarr is a transgender male who prefers to live as a woman.
