Pueblo student honored for ballot success

Centennial High School junior Lindsey Buxman has been named one of Colorado's top two youth volunteers for initiating a successful city ballot measure last November.
Lindsey started and campaigned for a $10-million renovation of Memorial Hall in downtown Pueblo. The measure passed by a two-to-one margin.
She wins a trip to Washington and $1,000 from the Prudential Spirit of Community Awards program.
