Following an anonymous tip that came into police concerning a stolen vehicle from Colorado Springs, a sergeant with the Pueblo County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Unit was directed to the exact location where the vehicle could be found.
Pueblo County Sheriff's Deputies with the help of Pueblo Police Officers located the vehicle in the area of Red Creek Springs Rd. and Chestnut in West Pueblo County.
Four people were located in the vehicle and taken into custody. They are identified as 26-year-old Brandon Martinez, 26-year-old Keith Davis, 24-year-old John Marquez and 25-year-old, Elisa Cordova.
During the standard safety search of the suspects, keys to the stolen vehicle were found in the pocket of Marquez. He was arrested and booked into Pueblo County Jail on the charge of theft by receiving.
Cordova and Davis were booked into Pueblo County Jail on separate warrants.
Cordova on a Municipal Warrant with Pueblo Police Department for failure to pay fines for a speeding violation.
Davis was booked on Felony Escape from the Colorado Department of Corrections.
Martinez was released without charges.
