Ever wondered about how your food is being prepared and if conditions are sanitary in the kitchen?

Pueblo Health Department has put health inspections of food establishments in Pueblo County on the Internet.

The report lists any non-critical and critical reports from the last inspection.

Critical Violation: means a violation of the Colorado Retail Food Regulations that, if in noncompliance, is more likely than other violations to contribute to food contamination, illness or an environmental health hazard.

Non-critical violation: means a violation of the regulations that usually relates to general sanitation, operational controls, sanitation standard, operating procedures, facilities or structures, equipment design or general maintenance.
